This workshop explores the concept of misunderstanding by examining hidden psychological patterns such as negativity bias, confirmation bias, the spotlight effect, and the fundamental attribution error. Participants are guided through reflective exercises to identify personal experiences of misunderstanding, recognize their own mental patterns, and understand how these influence their perceptions and interactions with others. The session emphasizes self-awareness and empathy as tools to reduce conflict and improve relationships, and introduces the Changemaker community for ongoing support and deeper exploration.
