Formal request and conclusion

The speaker, a user of the Commoto tool, demonstrates a problem when pasting a copied link from Commoto into Gmail. This causes formatting issues, such as unwanted word wrapping and right alignment when a carriage return is hit. The speaker suggests a solution whereby links can be pasted in a non-structured format, allowing them to flow naturally within the email.
